Good lasagna recipe

Eating lasagna at work, decided to share.

1 Pound Ground Pork sausage, pan-fried.
9 Lasagna Noodles
1 VERY LARGE pan. You’ll need about 1.5 to 2 inches deep, and about 4 inches longer than the noodles (It’ll need to hold 3 noodles wide too)
36 ounces of cottage cheese
36+ ounces of Tomato sauce (I use flavored stuff)
Spices (Take your pick, I use oregano, basil, and thyme)
1+ pounds of mozzarella cheese

1: fry the meat
2: combine tomato sauce and spices in bowl
3: spray large pan
4: put a THIN layer of sauce on pan, lay first layer of noodles
5: Mix cottage cheese, meat and sauce together.
6: lay about 1\3rd of the cheese\meat\sauce stuff on the layer of noodles
7: top with cheese
8: top with noodles
9: repeat until out of mixture and cheese
10: bake at 375 for 1 hour, 15 minutes
11: let cool for 1 hour + (I use a fan to help cool it)
12: eat.
